All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.

Stays of 5 - 29 Days

Notification of cancellation for bookings from 5 to 29 days must be received in writing, at least 8 working days prior to the actual arrival date. Where cancellation is received within this notice period we will only charge a 25 GBP admin fee. Refunds will also be subject to a 5% credit card handling fee. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 8 working days prior to the arrival date, 100% charge will be applicable.

Stays for 30 days and more

Notification of cancellation for bookings for 30 nights and more must be received in writing, at least 30 working days prior to the actual arrival date. Where cancellation is received within this notice period we will only charge a 25 GBP admin fee. Refunds will also be subject to a 5% credit card handling fee.
